- Develop and execute the firm's overall investment product placement strategy across different client segments (e.g., high-net-worth individuals, family offices, institutional investors).
- Oversee a team of seasoned investment sales professionals responsible for marketing the firm's products and cultivating relationships with key distribution partners.Conduct in-depth due diligence on the firm's investment strategies, funds, and management teams to ensure thorough understanding of product features andperformance.
- Collaborate closely with the product development, investment, and marketing teams to create compelling sales and marketing materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform the continuous refinement of the firm's placement approach.
- Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and senior leadership on the firm's overall distribution and placement initiatives.
- Ensure the investment placement process adheres to all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Certifications

- Bachelor's degree (Mandatory)
- CME 4 certification (Mandatory)
- Master's degree (Preferred)
