Description


The Analyst is an entry-level member of the real estate investment team, reporting directly to the Senior Associate. In this role, they provide analytical and operational support for the management and execution of the firm's regulated real estate investment funds.


Responsibilities


- Conduct sophisticated financial modeling and valuation analyses to support the investment decision-making process.
- Perform extensive pre-due diligence research on potential real estate acquisitions, including detailed market analysis, property condition assessments, and tenant and competitive reviews.
- Gather and organize property, market, and financial data to support the investment analysis and due diligence processes.
- Assist the Senior Associate in preparing comprehensive investment memoranda, financial models, and other materials for the Fund Manager's review.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers, such as property managers and brokers, to collect and verify information.
- Monitor the performance of individual investments and the overall fund portfolio, and compile detailed reports for the Senior Associate's review.
- Participate in the drafting and editing of investor communications, including quarterly updates, annual reports, and other fund-related materials.
- Ensure the accurate and timely input of data into the firm's investment management systems.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Senior Associate and more senior team members as needed.

Experience

Qualifications and Certifications


- Bachelor's degree (Mandatory)
- CME 4 certification (Mandatory)
- CAIA (Preferred)
