The Senior Associate is a key member of the private equity investment team, responsible for conducting in-depth research, financial analysis, and due diligence to support the investment decision-making process. The Senior Associate also mentors and supervises junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and supporting the Director in managing the overall investment process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct industry research and market analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Build detailed financial models to evaluate the operational and financial performance of target companies.
- Participate in due diligence activities, including site visits, management interviews, and competitor analysis.
- Prepare investment memoranda, pitch materials, and other deal documentation.for the Fund Manager's review.
- Monitor the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies.
- Support portfolio company management teams on value creation initiatives.
- Mentor and supervise more junior investment associates and analysts.
- Assist the Director and Executive Director as needed on various projects..
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience
Qualifications and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree (Mandatory)
- CME 4 certification (Mandatory)
- Master's degree (Preferred)
- CAIA (Preferred)
