Manage and oversee the firm's core operations, including trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, client onboarding, and reporting in compliance with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations. Develop and maintain efficient workflows, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian and GCC-wide industry regulations.

‍Responsibilities

-Manage and oversee the firm's core operations, including trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, client onboarding, and reporting in compliance with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations.
- Develop and maintain efficient workflows, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian and GCC-wide industry regulations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the operational efficiency and scalability of the firm's back-office and middle-office functions to better serve our clients in Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC.
- Collaborate with the firm's IT, finance, compliance, and local market teams to implement and maintain integrated systems and technology solutions tailored to the Saudi Arabian and GCC markets.
- Supervise and mentor a team of operations specialists in Saudi Arabia, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional client service.
- Prepare and present detailed reporting on the firm's operational performance, highlighting key metrics, risks, and recommended actions.

Qualifications and Certifications

- Bachelor's degree (Mandatory)
- CME 4 certification (Mandatory)
