Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the firm's core operations, including trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, client onboarding, and reporting in compliance with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations. Help develop and maintain efficient workflows, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian and GCC-wide industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the firm's core operations, including trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, client onboarding, and reporting in compliance with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations.
- Help develop and maintain efficient workflows, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian and GCC-wide industry regulations.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for client queries and support, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Support the identification of opportunities to enhance the operational efficiency and scalability of the firm's back-office and middle-office functions to better serve our clients.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and the firm's IT, finance, compliance, and local market teams to implement and maintain integrated systems and technology solutions tailored to the Saudi Arabian and GCC markets.
- Assist in monitoring industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in Saudi Arabia and the GCC to help the Operations Manager proactively adapt the firm's operations and stay ahead of the competition.
- Support the supervision and mentoring of the team of operations specialists in Saudi Arabia, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional client service.
- Help prepare and present detailed reporting on the firm's operational performance in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, providing input on key metrics, risks, and recommended actions.
