Mr. Alrashoud is an experienced real estate private equity professional with experience in buy-side and sell-side real estate transactions. Throughout his career, Mr. Alrashoud has built competency in structuring and analyzing real estate portfolios, underwriting real estate investments, credit underwriting, and real estate risk management.

Mr. Alrashoud currently serves as the VP of Real Estate at Tanmeya Capital, where he is responsible for managing the firm’s real estate investments and establishing the real estate asset management practice, providing strategic oversight and direct guidance for junior associates. In his current role, Mr. Alrashoud drafted Tanmeya’s real estate investment policy statement and the terms and conditions for real estate funds established. In addition to opportunity identification, Mr. Alrashoud is also responsible for driving growth in Tanmeya’s existing real estate funds and successfully grew fee-based assets by 33% on an annual basis. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Alrashoud is responsible for providing investors and the board of directors with continuous updates.

Previously, Mr. Alrashoud served as the VP of Fund Management at NOMW Capital, where he was responsible for managing a real estate portfolio worth SAR 1,300 million in a variety of sectors including residential. Commercial, and industrial; sub-sectors included raw land, hotels, villas, strip malls, and apartments, among others. Mr. Alrashoud oversaw the analysis, opportunity identification, due diligence, and acquisition of all real estate investments in the real estate portfolio of NOMW Capital and took charge of business development efforts by conducting road shows, investor outreach, and negotiations. During his time at NOMW, Mr. Alrashoud approved key real estate contracts including developer, designers, and others in accordance with the project budget and work program.

Mr. Alrashoud started his career at BLOMINVEST Saudi Arabia as an analyst and was promoted throughout his tenure to reach fund manager. At BLOMINVEST, Mr. Alrashoud managed a real estate investment private equity portfolio of SAR 2,500 million, taking all necessary steps to deliver a superior risk-adjusted return to shareholders. In his role, Mr. Alrashoud conducted extensive analysis of the real estate investment landscape in Saudi Arabia across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, and industrial real estate, bringing over 50 investment opportunities to the Investment Committee and prepared valuation reports of real estate investment opportunities while utilizing various methodologies including comparable approach, cost capitalization approach, and cap rate, among others.

Mr. Alrashoud holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the Imam Mohamed bin Saud University and has completed several courses. Mr. Alrashoud also sits on the boards of several real estate investment portfolios.
