Mr. Musaiqer brings over 14 years of progressive private equity, investment banking and capital placement experience in the Middle East, with a focus on the GCC area. Mr. Musaiqer has held several C-Suite level positions and has exhibited career long track record of proactive leadership in developing strategic visions and delivering outstanding results for clients across the GCC and has diverse experience across various industries including logistics, pharmaceuticals, technology, manufacturing, and energy.

Currently, Mr. Musaiqer is the managing director of Tamkeen Middle East, an innovative holding advisory company that provides financial and managerial advisory, and innovative Fintech solutions to clients across the GCC with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia. In his role as managing director, Mr. Musaiqer oversaw developing the company’s operating procedures including financial, HR, operational, risk, compensation, among others.

Previously, Mr. Musaiqer held the role of Senior Vice President Investment Banking and Private Equity at NOMW Capital, an investment company regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) in Saudi Arabia that is focused on structuring investment opportunities through investment funds, private equity funds, debt arrangements, M&A, and IPOs. During his tenure at NOMW Capital, Mr. Musaiqer overlooked the Investment Banking and Private Equity practice, growing the department from 2 to 6 employees and providing strategic leadership to the team. His successful track record includes structuring the acquisition of 50% of one of the most reputable logistics companies in Saudi Arabia, acting as a sell-side advisor for a 51% stake pharmaceutical distribution company with a deal ticket of SAR 600 million, and structuring several debt placements deals from various Saudi Banks for clients worth over SAR 250 million.

Previously, Mr. Musaiqer was the Head of Advisory at ITQAN Financial Services, an investment company regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain. He was instrumental in raising SR 20 million and full commitment up to SR 200 million to establish Taqqat Energy in Saudi Arabia and arranged the sale lease-back of various assets such as Event Mall, Eskan 5 tower, and several project financing. He also signed with Bursa Malaysia to provide a commodity Murabaha arrangement for banks, retail financing and interbank transactions in the GCC region.

In addition to his professional roles, Mr. Musaiqer is a Major Shareholder and Member of Audit, Risk, & Compliance Committee at Tanmeya Capital. Mr. Musaiqer holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Bahrain and completed several qualifications related to corporate finance and investment management.
