Amr Mohammed Kheir is a seasoned finance and accounting professional, with over 12 years of experience in financial management, audit, corporate governance, and investment oversight. His expertise spans across financial planning, compliance, risk management, and strategic financial reporting, with a strong foundation in international accounting standards (IFRS & ISA).
He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Tanmeya Capital, where he leads financial strategy, corporate reporting, treasury management, investment oversight, and regulatory compliance. His role includes ensuring adherence to Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations, optimizing financial performance, and advising the executive leadership on financial planning and risk mitigation strategies.
Prior to joining Tanmeya Capital, Kheir was the CFO at Nomw Capital, where he was responsible for financial planning, liquidity management, investment appraisal, and regulatory reporting. His career also includes leadership positions at Ernst & Young (EY), Qanawat FZ LLC, and Sheikh & Co. (a PwC cooperating firm in Sudan), where he managed audit engagements, financial planning, and compliance reviews for major multinational corporations.
A member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Kheir also holds an International Financial Reporting Standard Diploma (DipIFR). His expertise in financial reporting, corporate governance, and risk management has played a pivotal role in enhancing financial structures and regulatory adherence in both private and public sector organizations.
